You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
08Third-party services
Konfek relies on third-party providers including:
- Cloudflare
- Vercel
- PostgreSQL hosting providers
- Brevo
- Sentry
Availability or functionality of the Service may depend on these providers.
09Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konfek shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse the Service
- Present security risks
- Engage in fraudulent activity
You may terminate your account at any time.
